Shopping with Little Wild Pet Co.

Little Wild Pet Co. sells pet supplies through this Shopify store. These terms apply to new physical-product orders. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase.

Products, prices and orders

Review product sizes, materials, ingredients and selected variants before ordering. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless another currency is expressly displayed. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error is found, we will contact you and arrange a correction or refund for an unfulfilled order.

Supplier fulfillment

Our supplier partners ship physical products directly. Orders involving multiple suppliers may arrive separately and incur separate shipping charges. Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. See our shipping policy for details and contact us for order support.

Pet suitability and use

Choose products suited to your pet’s size and needs, follow manufacturer instructions, and supervise use where appropriate. Remove damaged products. Treats are supplementary and are not a complete diet. Product information is not veterinary advice.

Returns and assistance

Our return and refund policy explains eligibility, time limits and how to request assistance. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Previous TidyDesk Kits purchases

Earlier digital purchases remain subject to the terms supplied at purchase, including the license for use within one cleaning business and the prohibition on reselling or redistributing blank templates. Existing customers can contact us for download and purchase support.
